Margaret Fox, native of Nashville, TN earned her degrees in vocal performance from Illinois Wesleyan University and University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has sung with the Chicago Symphony Chorus, Grant Park Music Festival Chorus, and the Florentine Opera Chorus and currently with the St. Charles Singers. In addition to her many operatic roles, Margaret is a recurrent young artist in concert as well, particularly in the Baroque and classical repertoire. Recently she received the 3rd place award and Audience Favorite title at the 2015 Handel Aria Competition (Madison Early Music Festival) and sings frequently with the Madison Bach Musicians. In addition to her performances, she has been a Kaneland Artist in Residence and she teaches private voice at her home studio in Batavia, Illinois.
